I deleted something by mistake. Can I get it back?

Yes. Deleted photos and videos go to the Recently Deleted album in the Photos app. Open Photos, go to Albums, then Recently Deleted, and recover the item.

Roomur shows "Allow Access" and no photos.

Open the Settings app, go to Privacy & Security, then Photos, choose Roomur and select Full Access.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Roomur and tap Cancel Subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

How do I restore a purchase on a new iPhone?

Open Roomur, open the Premium screen and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought it with.

Are my photos uploaded anywhere?

No. All analysis runs on your iPhone. See the Privacy Policy.
